Obesity is never a good thing! How is the common “cholelithiasis” in middle-aged women diagnosed?
Cholelithiasis was once most common in middle-aged women. However, it has recently become more common in younger people, with roughly equal male and female occurrences. The problem even occurs in some senior high school students in their teens. Cholelithiasis is associated not only with the removal of cholesterol from the membrane of the liver cell caused by the transporter ABCG 5/8 genotype, but also by family clustering. Patients who are obese and have had a partial gastrectomy are more susceptible.
However, regardless of the presence or absence of a gallbladder, a diet high in oil, cholesterol, and calories should be avoided. Pay attention to the problem of obesity not only because diabetes is closely associated with fatty liver, diabetes, hypertension, high hyaluronic acid, and other metabolic disease, but also because daily health can only be achieved through a light diet, regular exercise, and weight control.
