Treatment for late-stage lung cancer sheds new light! Immunotherapy significantly improves survival rates.

Previously, chemotherapy was the only treatment available to patients with late-stage lung cancer who did not have a distinct genetic expression, and targeted therapy was not an option. According to research data, the survival rate is only eight to twelve months.

According to the most recent three-year tracking data from the World Conference on Lung Cancer, if patients’ PD-L1 expression exceeds 50%, the first-line independent use of immunotherapy will produce better results than chemotherapy.
